Meet Rachel, Founder.

I’m Rachel. My nan, Myra had dementia. I always wondered if it would head my way. I then found I had 2-4 times increased genetic risk. I found the science. I shifted my thinking. Our cognitive function is a series of biochemical processes and we can own that.

By age fifty, I’d made fifty lifestyle changes. I started with just one step. From feeling powerless to feeling empowered - with confidence in managing my cognitive future.

I have a science degree, trained as a Functional Medicine Health Coach and became a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach - a leading evidence-based approach to cognitive health.

I now put my knowledge and learnings into practice to help others do the same.
