About Cognevity® - Australia

Cognevity’s mission is to bring hope, clarity, and support to people seeking a guided, empowered approach to cognitive health and prevention. Change is possible when we become empowered with the right knowledge, tools, and support. There is another path forward.

Cognevity® is also an education partner of OptiLab supporting practitioners and patients in understanding and accessing the neurocode p-tau217 blood plasma test. We provide education services on when the test is appropriate, how to order it, and how to understand the biomarker risk profile in a clinical context.

Meet Rachel, Founder and ReCODE 2.0 Coach

I’m a cognitive health coach and navigator, certified in the Bredesen Protocol® through Apollo Health and supported by a science degree, professional training, and my own lived experience with a strong family history of Alzheimer’s.

When I realised that cognitive function could be influenced and that genetic risk could be supported through targeted lifestyle and functional interventions, I knew I had to learn more. I transitioned from a successful 25‑year corporate career so I could help others navigate this complex and often overwhelming space.

I trained with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) and completed Dr Dale Bredesen’s ReCODE Coach certification to deepen my understanding of the science and the practical steps that make a difference.

Over several years, I made more than 50 meaningful changes to support my own cognition. Today, I guide others as they take their own informed, supported steps toward better cognitive health.
