I'm Rachel Puncheon, founder of Cognevity. My grandmother Myra had Alzheimer's. With a history of brain fog and increased genetic risk myself, I found a way to act on it.

It all led me to train as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and then become ReCODE 2.0 Certified in Dr. Dale Bredesen’s protocol — both grounded in a whole-body, lifestyle-first approach to long-term health.

I founded Cognevity to help people understand what the science supports, apply it to their own lives, and have the support to do it.
